Timeline
On average, it takes about six months from manuscript to publication, though this varies depending on several factors, including editorial depth, revision cycles, and design complexity. Projects with extensive developmental work or multi-format releases may take longer; shorter or copyedit-only projects can move more quickly.

Kickoff → Project plan confirmed and materials received; editorial and design schedules established.
Production → Editorial, design, and proofing stages, with author review and feedback at each step.
Distribution → Final book files prepared and uploaded to Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) for Amazon availability and to IngramSpark for bookstore and library distribution. Sell sheet and press release prepared to industry standards for author and media outreach.
Handover → Delivery of all production files and materials, including final print and digital assets, followed by a post-launch check to ensure everything is live and functioning correctly.
